The obligation to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including the duty to maintain any required records, rests solely with the relevant content producers and uploaders.

PornPeak does not create, direct, or supervise the production of user-submitted content and accepts no responsibility for record-keeping obligations that belong to third-party producers or uploaders. How PornPeak Ensures Compliance

While PornPeak does its best to verify compliance, it may not be 100% accurate with respect to third-party uploaded content. PornPeak abides by the following procedures:

All users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and upload content.
When uploading, users must certify that all performers depicted in their content are 18 years of age or older and that the content complies with all applicable laws.
Users may flag any content as inappropriate. Should content be flagged as illegal, involving minors, non-consensual, or otherwise unlawful, PornPeak will remove it without delay.

As PornPeak is neither a primary nor secondary producer of any content on this site, we are unable to produce 18 U.S.C. § 2257 records on behalf of uploaders or third parties. For any records request, please direct your inquiry to the company or individual that primarily or secondarily produced the content in question.
